Marian started her print industry career as one of the first to deliver photo gifts direct to consumer. From there she built a commercial digital print business almost entirely on the internet and launched "RedTie" W2P software in 2007.
She left RedTie in 2011 and started a consultancy that worked with print companies to improve their sales and business strategy. Her approach has always been hands on and very practical, working with business owners and directors to deliver results.
She was appointed as IPIA CEO in May 2015.
Marian is passionate about print, often controversial as she challenges some of the things she feels hold back growth for the industry and is always entertaining and thought provoking as a speaker.
Simon Cooper has spent 22 years in the print industry, initially learning how to optimise and manage manufacturing processes (DG3 and Precision Printing) and latterly focused on growing businesses through a combination of strategic marketing techniques, creativity and grit (Precision, Pureprint, Exaprint and Tradeprint).
This industry has been through massive change and the role of a printing business has had to continually innovate to keep its services relevant. Keeping pace with those changes and working out how to disrupt outdated methodologies is my primary objective.

Lesley has been general manager at the trade print company Wirralco for 29 years and has extensive knowledge of print production.
She has been the driving force behind the strategy Wirralco has taken to diversify its portfolio of products and services, helping the company to survive and thrive in the most competitive of markets: trade print.
Lesley has a natural flair for marketing and understands how it supports sales. She is passionate about the role of trade print and about supporting her clients with innovation and excellent customer service.
Online commercial print specialist FLYERALARM appointed Keith Hanson to head up its UK business with a brief to launch a host of exciting new products, offers and services for commercial printers, businesses and consumers and put the brand front of mind with UK customers.
A graduate of Liverpool John Moores University where he gained a BA (Hons) in International Business Studies, Mr Hanson started his career with Honda, where he totally restructured the UK distribution network and developed dealer performance.

Roger Christiansen has spent most of his career as a marketing professional working in hi-tech companies big and small; from start-ups like Research Machines to global brands IBM and Ricoh. His main interest is in transforming business through better marketing - looking beyond the tactical to seek strategic, long term solutions.
In his career, Mr Christiansen has often been involved in taking new technologies to market, such as one of the first global e-learning solutions to high speed print on demand colour inkjet in the books market.
New Business development - especially new business and customers - is also another key focus. Mr Christiansen has devised and led a number of initiatives to reach new markets such as publishing and vocational training solutions.
He is now looking to build a new career as a freelance consultant.

Once a local traditional print company in Sheffield, ProCo has been transformed into a 140-strong, dual site marketing operations business which is recognised as one of the world's most innovative print and direct mail production facilities.
